I usually work in series, but often an idea will come for a piece, which I will make, and then feel - that's it - it's made - I don't need to go any further with this idea.   And sometimes that's it, and sometimes I'll come back to the piece maybe years later, and pick up from where I left off.  These are those sorts of pieces.
